Eligibility for Return
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Only certain items like Tiles, Sanitary Ware, Wall Tiles, and decor materials are eligible for return. Customized or made-to-order products are not returnable.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Opened cement bags, sand, bricks, or consumable construction materials
Products with broken seals or missing parts not due to our error
